I cannot believe how quickly the year has flown by! Thank you so much for your support this school year – I am already looking forward to next year. 🙂

Thank you so much to all our parents, community members, and guests who contributed to our PTO-Hosted High Interest Day! Words cannot express how impressed I was to see such dedication on the part of our parents, and such engagement and excitement on the part of our students. You could feel the energy as the kids walked into the building Friday morning. The K-2 students were proudly wearing Madison colors and eager for their field trips. Our 3-5 students could barely wait until 9 a.m. for the first class session to begin. It was, once again, a day that defines Madison – parents and teachers all working together to provide incredible learning opportunities for our students. I am already looking forward to next year!

Madison Updates:
We have some exciting changes for next year:

  • Nancy Gadzala will be our MRC Director and will help lead us through the implementation of our new weCreate MRC space (our new STEAM lab funded by the PTO). We are so excited to show off the new space to you next Fall.
  • Mrs. Pierson will be teaching 5th grade. We are excited to welcome her to Madison – she currently teaches 5th grade at The Lane School.
  • Mrs. Cebula is back and will be sharing a 3rd grade classroom with Mrs. Miller. Mrs. Cebula will teach every morning (math) and Mrs. Miller will teach every afternoon (reading).
  • Mrs. Martino will move up to 2nd grade next year (unless we continue to grow and have four sections of 1st grade again).
