Madison has a very active Parent Teacher Organization. We are here to answer questions you may have and look forward to you participating in the many programs and activities that we sponsor.
How do I stay up-to-date on what is going on at Madison?
We send out a weekly email to keep families “in the know.” Subscribing to the mailing list is easy, just click the button below and fill out an easy online form. Then keep an eye on your inbox on Sundays. Newsletters go out at 6:00 a.m. every Sunday morning during the school year (and sometimes during the summer too)!
Do I need to register with the PTO and why?
Yes, PTO registration for school year 2015-2016 is simple with our online form.Your PTO registration includes one printed directory and access to the online/mobile directory. Also, your dues are combined with the other families’ to provide amazing programs, events and materials for all Madison students. What to know more? Please read our Registration Guide.
How do I get School Supplies?
School Supply shopping is easy at Madison thanks to the PTO School Supplies program. The teachers have created their lists and we have arranged with Educational Products, Inc. to create kits that exactly match the teacher requirements. Although the discounted price period has passed, late orders can still be placed. On behalf of the Madison School PTO Mentor Committee we would like to
welcome all new families and students to the Madison Community.
What you can expect from your Mentor Committee:
•We will partner new families with a Madison PTO Mentor (Mentors will reach out direct in the coming weeks)
•We will answer any questions you have
•We will provide an overview of important school related information
•We will set up opportunities for the kids to get together
