Madison PTO Volunteer Opportunities

The Madison PTO has many volunteers that work to enhance our students learning, help fundraise, and build our community. There are many ways to contribute to the success of Madison - whether you want to volunteer on a regular basis or help out for a one-time event. Please see our available volunteer opportunities for the 2026-2027 school year below.

Please consider the following before signing up:
1. Your availability. If you sign up for a position, it is expected you will attend for the full duration of the event. If the event listed is TBD or a conflict arises, please let the PTO Executive Board know and we will work to find a replacement. Notes are included with commitment level for each available position.
2. One time event vs. a position that spans the entire school year.
3. We strongly encourage volunteers to sign up as a Chair only once, as many of these positions overlap on timing and require a higher commitment. Feel free to sign up for as many committee positions as you like.

Room Parent and classroom volunteer sign-ups (including Hot Lunch) will go live in the Fall after class assignments have been communicated. This sign-up will remain active until the beginning of the '26-27 school year.

Please note you must be a current member of the Madison PTO to hold a Chair or Committee position. Thank you!

To signup you must either login or provide a first name, last name, and email address. Login
